More workshop details

In the workshop, you will be guided through a series of challenges that will show you how to achieve any goal: Intention. Visualization. Trust. Persistence. Confidence. You will come to understand these processes deeply and physically. The challenges build in intensity, though people differ in which challenge is most powerful (and/or scary) for them. Each challenge is completely optional.

The evening begins with everyone deliberately setting their intention for what they will get from the workshop. Then the fun starts:

  • You will begin by breaking a board with your bare hand. It is a good feeling.
  • Then you free fall backward off a table into the arms of the crowd. Exhilarating.
  • You break an arrow with the hollow of your neck. Starting to feel unstoppable.
  • For the grand finale, you take off shoes, go outside and walk on the hot coals – as many times as you want. And you feel superhuman.

You are coached and supported every step of the way. You will end the evening charged up, grounded, and very ready to take on life’s challenges. And you might change your life.

Photos are encouraged, and we take photos as well and make them available.

8 minute workshop overview

What participants have said:

"I broke through something so deep inside myself that I didn’t even know it was holding me back. In a safe, protected environment, strangers became friends and opened our hearts to each other. And then we walked through fire together. Yes! Yes! Yes!"

Marne O’Shae, physician

“To be given both perspective and self-confidence is a truly beautiful thing. Thank you Tony.”

Grant B., butcher

“Do not bring anything with you.
There is nothing to prepare for.
The journey takes you through yourself
No matter where you are
Each step toward the fire, is your next step in life.
Each step on the fire is the process of awakening.
Each step away from the fire
Is filled with gratitude.
Thank you.”

Ira Kamp, dentist/acupuncturist

“A great feeling! It was an experience I am very glad to have had. Would recommend to others who would like to have some time for themselves for reflection.”

Marge Clark, aging specialist

"Tonight was unbelievably powerful. I conquered what was keeping me from all that I can be. I conquered myself. I am filled with power beyond measure. I can create and do anything. I am my own creator."

Josh M., student
